Founded in 2003 through private equity and family ownership. Established our Headquarters in “El tigre” Anzoategui State – Venezuela, as a Global Energy CA. With our principal activities focused on drilling & workover rigs.

2005, The main activity was the leasing of tools and equipment such as: Workover & Pulling Rig, Well Safety Valves
(Blowout Preventer and Annular Preventer), Drill Pipe (Drill Pipe, Drill Collar & Heavy Weight Drill Pipe), Tubular Handling Tools (Elevators, Wedges, Lifters, Hydraulic Screw-in Wrenches, Adapters). 

One of the most important activities at this stage was the execution of the general repair and certification contract for a 2000 HP Drilling Rig, belonging to the state-owned PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., called CPV-23.

2008, Leasing of oil tools and several contracts for Service, Maintenance and Operation of NonOwned Oil Drills (Subleased) were executed to several Private Oil Companies, which marked the beginning of a new stage for Global Energy, C.A. in the Oil Drill operator modality.

Since 2009 to the present, established as a company that supplies and operates rigs units of 350 - 550HP (pulling rig / workover rig) for major oil operating companies.
